Chloe Covell and Kieran Woolley reign supreme at Riverslide!

The Australian Street Skateboarding Championship is the largest street competition in Australia. The annual two-day event went down at the Riverslide Skatepark, Melbourne, over the Labour Day long weekend, in conjunction with the Moomba Festival in Alexandra Gardens. The skatepark was flanked by carnival rides and kids with dagwood dogs. And the pandemic didn’t discourage many skaters from flying down interstate, with 105 registered competitors from all over Australia.
Nine-year-old Paddy McCaughley boardies the big rail to take out the 10 and Under division.
Hayley Wilson hits a front lip for second place of the Open Women.
Chloe Covell is a formidable force in female skateboarding and is sure to turn heads around the globe if she keeps it up at this rate. The 13-year-old Gold Coaster kickflip front boards into first place of the Open Female final.
Joey Cormack took out third place in the Open Male division with insanely consistent and technical skateboarding. Effortless front blunt.
Brad Saunders back Smiths among a barrage of his tricks on the big rail into second place.
And you thought Kieran Woolley was just a tranny lord, switch crooks! Check out his New Gen in the latest Slam dropping this Monday.
Kieran was unstoppable in the finals with a flawless run that covered the entire skatepark in 45 seconds. Front Smith for a well deserved first place!
