Tall Poppy – A Skater’s Story is about Poppy Starr Olsen – the only female Park skateboarder representing Australia in the Tokyo Olympics.

The doco follows Poppy’s journey over the past 12 years. From a young, pink helmet wearing grom at Bondi bowl to preparing for the Olympic Games, and every X-games, local bowl comp and training session in between.

Raw and real, it shows Poppy’s experience through high school whilst dealing with a mum-turned-manager, discovering her sexuality, her first girlfriend and more. All while making a global name for herself in the skate scene, dropping just weeks before the Tokyo Olympics kick off.
