We welcome Darren Kaehne to the Slam Hall of Fame.
Consistently crushing it since the early ’90s, this OG Sydney shredder is aging like a fine wine. Having just turned 50 this month, Darren’s still flipping into and out of tricks, and to celebrate his half-century birthday, he dropped a “50 five-o clips over 50 days” on his Instagram.
Check out Darren’s Amnesia part: The High Price of Low Lives, and look out for his HOF coverage in our next edition.

Each year, we list the top-voted contenders from previous years – they are the skateboarders that had the potential to win SOTY in their prime, with coverage in Slam, and abroad, or have made a long-term impact on Australian skateboarding and continue to do so.
